If you wish to exchange your sunglasses, simply email us to notify us of the return and send them with a note inside the box indicating which model you would like to exchange them for. Claims for Damage to Sunglasses During Shipment to Your Address

We take great care to ship your sunglasses to you safely. We ship your order in protective wrap and inside of durable boxes. In the unlikely event that your sunglasses are damaged during shipment it is VERY important to follow these steps exactly. NOTE: FAILURE to adhere to these directions may result in the forfeiture of your claims for damage, and the absorption of the loss for your sunglasses.

Notify My Sunglasses immediately in writing via fax (972-745-3555). Include your date of order, and insurance number from the package received.
SAVE all packaging. FAILURE to save the packaging will result in the forfeiture of the insurance on your sunglasses.
